Customer Service Attendant Wollaston Lake, SK
Full Time Position

Responsibilities: 

  • Checking in passengers and accepting cargo and freight safely and efficiently, in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Loading and unloading, cleaning, fuelling, and marshalling aircraft as needed.
  • Calculating weight & balance of aircraft with oversight by Pilot in Command.
  • Effective communication with customers, peers, management, and various departments.
  • Driving shuttle bus, forklift, tug, and fuel truck as needed.
  • Quality control and safe management of fuel delivery, handling and storage, and general airport farm operations.
  • Problem solving, and making a positive contribution to overall company operations.


  • Skill Requirements: 

  • Exceptional customer service skills and interpersonal skills that strengthen inter-company communications and relations.
  • Computer skills an asset.
  • Self-motivated and able to work within given timelines.
  • Effective leadership skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Able to resolve conflicts positively and productively (customer and co-worker).
  • Organizational skills imperative.
  • Physically fit, able to safely undertake physically demanding tasks.
  • Valid Driver's License an asset.


  • Shift Requirements: 
    • Flexibility to work mornings, days, evenings and weekends
    • Occasional overtime and on call shifts may be required
    • Some travel may be required
