The Quality Control is responsible for Ensuring the Quality of our Jet Fuel Meets on specification requirements as per Airline & Government Requirements. Job Responsibilities  Work along side the YVR Fuel Agents  Check Low points & High Points as well as drain and ensure the functionality  Perform Security Escort Duties  Perform Chemical Water Detection  Perform Millipore Tests and record findings  Ensure general functionality of all Fuel Related Equipment @ YVR  Performs related duties as assigned as per the job classification. Qualifications and Competencies  High School Diploma or equivalent Be able to pass security clearance (criminal background check) Possess a valid driver’s license 7N or Better Obtain and maintain a airport security ID and AVOP ‘D/A’ designation Fully understand all functions of the facility and equipment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Demonstrate excellent leadership skills Have a reliable form of transportation Flexible to work various shifts (days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays) Be comfortable operating large equipment, working from an elevated platform at height, during inclement weather Equal Employment Opportunity Statement  Swissport as an equal opportunity employer bases its hiring decisions on the business need and the best qualified candidates available, and does not discriminate in its employment decisions on the basis of any protected category.
